Availability and eligibility

This addendum extends the UK-only availability wording in the Paid Beta 1.1 Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Game Rules to eligible international players. It takes precedence only where necessary for that extension. You must be aged 18 or over, give your actual country of residence and use Drafted only where lawful.

Accounts and purchases are unavailable in Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, and in Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk. Persons prohibited from using our payment provider under its applicable restrictions may not use paid services. Availability may change to comply with applicable restrictions. Do not select a false country to bypass them.

Gameplay and purchases

Eligible international accounts have the same gameplay and Store options as UK accounts. Draft Coins, cards and game rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Payments remain in GBP. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or fees; review those with your provider. Checkout availability depends on the payment method, provider restrictions and successful payment checks. Selecting a country does not guarantee a payment will be accepted.

Consumer and privacy rights

The existing cancellation, refund, support and data handling provisions continue to apply. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy or court-access rights that apply where you live. Where local mandatory rights differ from the UK provisions, those rights are preserved. We record your country declaration and acceptance of this addendum to manage account and purchase eligibility. Contact us to correct your recorded residence; changing country is not a way to bypass eligibility checks.
