Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Drafted is operated by Mughal 42 Limited (company number 16605168), trading as Drafted (“Drafted”, “we”, “us”). Drafted is an online live-football fantasy drafting game and digital collection service. Contact drafted@mughal42.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to register for this beta. You must make an honest eligibility declaration, provide accurate information and use the service only where lawful. We may restrict or close an account where the declaration is false.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login details and activity on your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes, create misleading identities, operate accounts for another person, or use multiple accounts to manipulate games, rewards, trades or rankings. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The beta service

Drafted is in beta. Features, fixtures, card data and availability may change. We may correct genuine technical, scoring, fixture or data-provider errors and preserve an audit record of material corrections. Scheduled maintenance, football-data delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt play.

5. Draft Coins and digital cards

• Draft Coins (“DC”) and cards are digital in-game items. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
• DC may be promotional, earned through play or purchased through the available checkout. The same no-cash-out rule applies to purchased and earned DC.
• Cards unlock in the Collection Book. Packs may contain duplicates; published pack contents, guarantees and rarity probabilities shown before opening form part of the offer.
• Base cards supplied with an account do not count towards packed-collection completion.
• Cards may only be exchanged through features expressly provided by Drafted. External sale, wagering or transfer is prohibited.

Promotional DC and cards remain tied to the account while it is active. They expire when account deletion is completed and are not refundable or transferable. Paid purchases are subject to the payment and cancellation terms below. Account deletion does not remove any statutory rights or unresolved payment claim.

6. Lobbies, entries and prizes

Lobby entry cost, capacity, scheduled draft time and prize format are shown before joining. Public lobbies start automatically at the scheduled time and do not require a host or Ready action. If verified line-ups are unavailable, the scheduled draft waits for the stated five-minute grace period; if line-ups remain unavailable, the lobby closes and reserved DC is returned. Underfilled or void lobbies are handled as stated in the Game Rules.

Winner Takes All awards the displayed pot to first place. Top 3 awards 60%, 30% and 10%, subject to the disclosed tie and residual-coin rules. Prizes are DC only and cannot be cashed out.

7. Fair play and acceptable use

You must not exploit bugs, automate play, interfere with another manager, manipulate lobbies or leaderboards, harass users, publish unlawful content, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorised access. We may remove content, void affected results, restrict features, suspend accounts and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary for security, fairness or law enforcement.

8. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Purchases are optional, one-off payments in GBP, not subscriptions. Available DC bundles are 500 DC £0.79; 1,500 DC £1.99; 5,000 DC £3.99; 10,000 DC £7.99; 25,000 DC £18.99; and 50,000 DC £29.99. The Kick-Off Premium Pass costs £5.99 for the current season ending 30 November 2026, with no automatic renewal. Its included benefits and current season are shown before purchase; it does not automatically complete levels or guarantee prizes.

Review your account, product and total price before pressing the payment button. You can cancel before submitting payment or go back to correct your selection. Checkout is in English. Stripe processes payment, and confirmed items are delivered digitally to your signed-in Drafted account. There is no physical delivery charge. A confirmation is sent to your account email. If you are charged without receiving your purchase, contact us with your receipt reference rather than paying again. Do not buy a pass you already own.

Change-of-mind refunds: qualifying digital-content purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind once supply has begun after your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that your statutory cancellation right will end. Those choices must be made separately before supply and included in your contract confirmation. Merely accepting these Terms does not waive cancellation rights. If those requirements are not met, or different rules apply to the product or service, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

Goodwill requests: email drafted@mughal42.com. We review individual circumstances and may offer a discretionary goodwill refund; this is not guaranteed. Refunds or other remedies required by law are not discretionary. Nothing here limits statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content, non-delivery or other protected circumstances.

Include your username, product, purchase date and receipt reference. Do not send passwords or full card details. Approved or legally required refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds, partial refunds and payment disputes are reviewed against payment and account records. Any related entitlement adjustment must be explained and recorded; a disputed payment is not automatically treated as fraud. Refund timing is subject to applicable legal deadlines and payment-provider processing.

Where a cancellation right applies, you can email: “I wish to cancel my Drafted purchase. Username: __. Product: __. Purchase date: __. Receipt reference: __. Contact email: __.” You need not use this exact wording. Terms can be saved or printed from this page. Promotional DC supplied without payment has no cash redemption value.

9. Promotions

Promotions such as weekly leaderboards have their own displayed period, eligibility, prize and tie rules. Drafted’s master/test accounts are excluded where stated. We may withhold or reverse a reward affected by fraud, duplicate accounts or a verified scoring error, with an audit record.

10. Intellectual property

Drafted’s software, branding, card designs and original content belong to us or our licensors. Football names, competition names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. An account gives you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of software or intellectual property.

11. Suspension, closure and changes

You may request account deletion using the in-app route or by email. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach, security risk or legal necessity. Promotional DC, cards and open access end when deletion is completed; records required for security, disputes or law may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Material terms changes will be versioned and communicated before they apply; renewed acceptance will be requested where required.

12. Liability and governing law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory local protections and may bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law.
